Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, it is typically confirmed within 1–3 business days. Suppliers may take 1–60 business days to process the order before shipment, based on inventory, lead time, and readiness. Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with the supplier regarding estimated dispatch and delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your shipment status online. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect current movement.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties, taxes, or handling fees. Orazox is not responsible for any customs-related fees incurred during transit or at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and/or supplier, depending on their mutual agreement. Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery time.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
1. Failed Delivery / Late Delivery
If delivery exceeds the stated timeframe by 15 calendar days, it will be considered late. If delivery is not completed within an additional 15 calendar days, the product will be deemed undelivered. In such cases, and where the delay is the seller’s responsibility, buyers may request a remedy, including a full refund, replacement, or alternative compensation. Items must be returned with all original materials, including packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and gifts. Return shipping will be paid by the seller.
2. Product Not as Described, Defective, or Infringing
If a product has quality issues, differs materially from its description, or is suspected to be counterfeit or in violation of IP laws, you may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos) may be required. If a return is approved, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs, and all components (original packaging, accessories, documentation, etc.) must be returned. If a resolution cannot be reached between buyer and seller, either party may request mediation through Orazox.
3. Force Majeure Events
Delays or non-delivery due to uncontrollable events—including natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies, or government actions—are considered force majeure. In such cases, Orazox will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in good faith.
4. Buyer Responsibility
If delivery fails due to buyer-related issues (such as an incorrect address, absence during delivery, or failure to respond to delivery attempts), both parties are encouraged to communicate and resolve the issue directly. If a resolution is not reached, either party may request assistance from Orazox. Final decisions will be made based on platform rules and applicable law.
